What will you be doing as a Production Worker?
You will be part of a small, close-knit team of colleagues where you will take turns (rotation system) performing the following tasks:
- Cutting fruit: specifically, this involves manually cutting 25 kg bags or boxes in a mixing machine or shredder;
- Transporting finished products to the right place with a forklift truck;
- Keeping the work environment clean;
- Once you have settled in, you will also help to set up and operate the machines – you will ensure that everything runs smoothly;
- What makes this job so enjoyable?
- You will be active all day long, lifting and carrying regularly, so you need to be fit!
Profiel
Do you have experience with physical work in the food sector—perhaps in a bakery, butcher shop, vegetable processing facility, or other production environment?
Then this is your chance to take the plunge and become part of a great group of colleagues!
Who are you?
- You are looking forward to a physical job, you are on your feet all day at various workstations;
- You can operate a forklift truck;
- You have an affinity with the food sector;
- You speak good Dutch or very good English;
- You want to work day shifts starting at 8 a.m.;
- You are willing to start at 6 a.m. during busier periods;
Jobgerelateerde competenties
- Vleeswaren, groenten, ... en voedingsproducten controleren
- De productiegegevens selecteren en de parameters instellen (hoeveelheid, dosering, mengeling, ...)
- Manueel handelingen voor de voorbereiding of afwerking uitvoeren: Versnijden
- De instellingen van de machines (kleppen, vijzels, ...), controleautomaten of meetapparaten aanpassen
- Toezicht houden op de parameters van een productielijn vanuit een controlekamer en indien nodig aanpassen
- De verpakking en etikettering van producten controleren (luchtdichtheid, gewicht, vervaldatum) of manueel verpakken
- Productiegegevens van installaties opvolgen, analyseren en bijsturen
- De staat en de netheid van de toestellen (weegschaal, maalmachine, kookkuip, ovens, ...) en van de werkpost controleren en onderhouden
- Manueel handelingen voor de voorbereiding of afwerking uitvoeren: Mengen
- De opslag van grondstoffen organiseren (indeling van de silo's, ...)
- Technische hulp verlenen aan operatorenRapporten opstellen over de productie en incidenten
- Onderdelen, machine-uitrustingen, ? monteren of demonteren
