In your role as a night shift operator in Bocholt, you will be integral to maintaining smooth production operations. Your responsibilities include operating and monitoring machines, ensuring adherence to HACCP standards, and troubleshooting technical issues. You will also be tasked with cleaning equipment and maintaining quality control records. Your shift begins with a team meeting to assign nightly duties. You will start by conducting machine inspections and making necessary adjustments. Throughout the shift, you will monitor production processes, address any complications, and ensure the cleanliness and quality standards of the equipment and products. - Toezicht houden op het functioneren van de machines en toestellen en indien nodig eenvoudige interventies uitvoeren
- De staat en de netheid van de toestellen (weegschaal, maalmachine, kookkuip, ovens, ...) en van de werkpost controleren en onderhouden
- Toezicht houden op de parameters van een productielijn vanuit een controlekamer en indien nodig aanpassen
- Vleeswaren, groenten, ... en voedingsproducten controleren
