What will you do?

  • Cutting pork carcasses into pieces using the correct techniques
  • Deboning meat parts for further processing
  • Working accurately and efficiently with attention to detail
  • Applying the applicable hygiene and safety regulations
  • Maintaining and correctly using cutting tools and machines
  • Inspecting meat quality during and after the cutting process
  • Collaborating with colleagues to ensure a smooth workflow
  • Reporting any irregularities or issues to the supervisor

Profiel

Who are we looking for?

  • You have completed training as a butcher or have extensive experience in the field
  • You are quality-oriented and have a keen eye for detail
  • You work in a highly hygienic manner with constant attention to cleanliness and safety
  • You are willing to work early shifts and enjoy working on a production line
  • You are open to working night shifts when required

Jobgerelateerde competenties

  • De karkassen voorbereiden op de versnijding (plukken, verwijderen van de huid,?)
  • De karkassen en de stukken vlees in ontvangst nemen, de producten controleren en in koelkamers of koelkasten stockeren
  • De karkassen in twee, vier, of meer stukken vlees versnijden (bil, schouder, rugstuk, bovenbeen, ...)
