What will you be doing?
As a production worker, you and your colleagues will ensure smooth production operations. Here are your tasks:
Production:
- You are responsible for carefully adding ingredients to the mixers and packaging products.
- You follow production specifications closely to ensure that the quality of our products is always top-notch.
- You operate production equipment such as mixers and filling machines, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
Quality Control:
- You inspect products during production to ensure they meet quality standards and ensure production data and quality checks are correctly recorded.
- If there are any deviations, you report them immediately.
Hygiene and Safety:
- You ensure a clean and safe work environment and strictly follow HACCP and safety guidelines.
- You perform cleaning tasks on machines and work areas when needed.
- Safety is your top priority, so you always we ear the appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
Communication and Collaboration:
- You work well with your colleagues to achieve production goals and actively think about improvements.
- You participate in team meetings, where you can provide valuable feedback.

- You work accurately and follow the rules.
- You keep the workspace clean and safe.
- You contribute ideas and help colleagues when needed.
- You report problems immediately.
What do you need?
- Experience in a factory, preferably in the food industry, is a plus.
- Experience with a forklift and electric pallet truck, a certificate is a plus.
- You speak and understand Dutch and/or English.
- You like working neatly, practically, and enjoy collaborating.
- You can handle physical tasks, such as lifting 25 kg bags.
- You enjoy a dynamic work environment and are flexible when it comes to change.
