For our client, we are looking for an experienced butcher with a passion for meat and an eye for quality. ??
What will you do?You check the supplied raw materials for quantity, quality, smell, color, etc.
You assemble and correctly set up machines (process parameters and recipes).
You carry out one or more operations on meat (carcass, technical parts), such as:
Cutting or dividing into technical parts
Deboning, trimming, removing rind from technical parts
Trimming, tenderizing, injecting, tumbling, tempering, etc.
Portioning or finishing according to cutting instructions (manually or mechanically)
You monitor product quality based on visual and physical tests and adjust the machine if necessary.
You disassemble and clean the used machines after completing your work.
You work in a modern, hygienic production environment.

Working hours in day shifts or a shift system (depending on the department)

Profiel
You have completed a butcher training or have at least 3 years of relevant work experience.
You have knowledge of food safety (HACCP).
You are flexible and a true team player.
You can work independently after receiving internal training.
Working in a cold environment is not a problem for you.
You speak or understand Dutch and/or English.
