As a Line Operator, you will be the backbone of our production line, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently. You'll be responsible for monitoring and maintaining machinery, ensuring that our high-quality standards are constantly met. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys hands-on work and being a key player in a dynamic environment.
Your day will begin with a briefing where you'll get the latest updates from your supervisor. You'll set up machines, perform regular checks, and troubleshoot minor issues as they arise. Working closely with your team, you'll strive to meet and exceed daily production targets, ensuring that everything is right where it needs to be.

Profiel
- Good command of spoken and written English
- Experience in a similar position (1–3 years) is preferred
- Ability to operate modern machines independently
- Accuracy, attention to detail, and good organizational skills
- Commitment, respect for colleagues, and willingness to learn
Jobgerelateerde competenties
- De toevoer van machines of installaties en de doorstroming van grondstoffen of producten controleren
- Vleeswaren, groenten, ... en voedingsproducten controleren
- Toezicht houden op de parameters van een productielijn vanuit een controlekamer en indien nodig aanpassen
- Toezicht houden op het functioneren van de machines en toestellen en indien nodig eenvoudige interventies uitvoeren
- De staat en de netheid van de toestellen (weegschaal, maalmachine, kookkuip, ovens, ...) en van de werkpost controleren en onderhouden
- De verpakking en etikettering van producten controleren (luchtdichtheid, gewicht, vervaldatum) of manueel verpakken

- Rate depending from shift you will start:
- 2-shift system : € 18.11€/h + meal vouchers € 8.00/day
- Night system : € 19.65€/h + meal vouchers € 8.00/day
- Bonuses: 13th salary, vacation allowance, mileage allowance, family allowance, health and accident insurance, paid vacations
- Reimbursement of costs for first arrival in Belgium (€250)
- Good accommodation close to the workplace (single room)
- You will start with a temporary work contract, and after a year there is a possibility to get a permanent contract
