For an industrial bakery in Waregem, we are looking for a dough preparation operator.
Working hours: 2:00 AM to 10:15 AM
Your responsibilities:

Preparing and starting up the production process.

Setting up and operating the machines.
-
Processing raw materials into a recipe that meets quality standards.

Preparing fillings and decorations for a refined end product.

Conducting quality checks.
-
Cleaning machines according to established procedures.

Performing minor interventions in case of malfunctions.
Profiel
Your profile:

You have experience in the food industry and possess technical insight.

You are willing to work the night shift (2:00 AM
- 10:15 AM).

You work independently and have a strong sense of responsibility.
-
You are physically fit and eager to learn.

You have an eye for quality and hygiene.

- Toezicht houden op het functioneren van de machines en toestellen en indien nodig eenvoudige interventies uitvoeren
- De toevoer van machines of installaties en de doorstroming van grondstoffen of producten controleren
- Gegevens voor productieopvolging registrerenDe informatie doorgeven aan de betrokkenen
- De staat en de netheid van de toestellen (weegschaal, maalmachine, kookkuip, ovens, ...) en van de werkpost controleren en onderhouden
- De productiegegevens selecteren en de parameters instellen (hoeveelheid, dosering, mengeling, ...)
