An artisan bakery in Ninove specializing in high-quality, handcrafted baked goods is looking for experienced bakers who are passionate about baking and eager to further develop their skills in a stable and growing environment.


Responsibilities:
• Preparing and mixing ingredients according to established recipes
• Making dough for a variety of breads
• Monitoring of the baking process, including control of temperature and baking time along with the fermentation process and dough rising
• Maintain cleanliness and order in the workplace, in accordance with hygiene standards
• Controlling the quality of raw materials and finished products
• Operating bakery machines and equipment and ensuring that they are in proper working order
• Compliance with health and safety rules
• Work with the team to ensure efficient production and order fulfillment
• Participate in creating new recipes and improving existing bakery products
• Warehousing and inventory of raw material and product stocks

• Experience in baking, particularly in artisan bread-making
• Knowledge of English for clear communication
• Ability to operate bakery equipment
• Strong manual skills and precision in performing tasks
• Good organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively within a team

    • Work schedule from Tuesday to Sunday, starting at 9 PM
    Contract under Belgian conditions

    You start with a temporary employment contract, with the possibility of a permanent contract after one year.
