You get the opportunity to work in production and there are opportunities for growth. Candidates who have no experience are certainly also eligible. Motivation is requirement number one!

As a production employee you can end up in one of these three departments: pre-processing, processing and production, packaging.

When you start up, you work in different departments. This way you and Volys can better understand where you can best express your talents. In time you will have your permanent place!

To be able to work as a production employee at Volys, we expect the following:

  • A strong motivation to work in production
  • You can work in two shifts
  • You can work at a high pace

  • Jobgerelateerde competenties

    • De toevoer van machines of installaties en de doorstroming van grondstoffen of producten controleren
    • De staat en de netheid van de toestellen (weegschaal, maalmachine, kookkuip, ovens, ...) en van de werkpost controleren en onderhouden

      As a production employee, our customer can offer you the following:

      The company gives you a taste of different production tasks.
      Based on an extensive evaluation system, we determine where your competencies can best be deployed.
      After a start-up period as a production employee, you will be evaluated and offered training that will allow you to grow further, based on optimal use of your specific talents.

      Schedule:
      - Early shift: 5am to 1pm
      - Late shift: 1pm to 9pm
