As a machine operator you will have the following responsibilities:
- operating machines during the production process
-assisting in the installation, conversion, maintenance and any minor repairs of the machines
-performing periodic checks on the machine
-observing safety requirements and production procedures set by the company
-ensuring the timely supply of raw materials or other production materials during the production process
-keeping comprehensive reports on the condition of the machine

Jobgerelateerde competenties
- De productiegegevens selecteren en de parameters instellen (hoeveelheid, dosering, mengeling, ...)
- Stalen nemen van stoffen of producten, een referentie geven en voor analyse registreren
- Toezicht houden op het functioneren van de machines en toestellen en indien nodig eenvoudige interventies uitvoeren
- Vleeswaren, groenten, ... en voedingsproducten controleren
- De toevoer van machines of installaties en de doorstroming van grondstoffen of producten controleren
- De staat en de netheid van de toestellen (weegschaal, maalmachine, kookkuip, ovens, ...) en van de werkpost controleren en onderhouden
