For our contractor in Ninove, which is an artisan bakery, we are looking for experienced bakers who want to develop their baking skills.
Responsibilities:
• Preparing and mixing ingredients according to established recipes
• Making dough for a variety of breads
• Monitoring of the baking process, including control of temperature and baking time
• Monitoring the fermentation process and dough rising
• Maintain cleanliness and order in the workplace, in accordance with hygiene standards
• Controlling the quality of raw materials and finished products
• Operating bakery machines and equipment and ensuring that they are in proper working order
• Compliance with health and safety rules
• Work with the team to ensure efficient production and order fulfillment
• Participate in creating new recipes and improving existing bakery products
• Warehousing and inventory of raw material and product stocks

• Base rate depending on experience from €17.95 gross/hour + 20% of shift bonus
• Work sinds tuesday till sunday starting at 9PM
• Contract under Belgian conditions
• Good accommodation near the workplace (single room)
• Assistance and care of Polish-speaking coordinators
• Vacation allowance
• Work in a stable, growing company
• You will start with a temporary work contract, and after a year there is the possibility of getting a permanent work contract
