What will you be doing at Agristo?
- You are responsible for setting up, starting, operating, and modifying fully automated packaging lines.
- During the process, you monitor the proper functioning of the packaging lines. When necessary, you critically assess their operation and propose improvements to your team leader.
- You troubleshoot issues or provide accurate information to our technical colleagues.
- You always maintain a focus on quality while performing your duties and carry out the necessary inspections.
- You perform secondary tasks based on the department’s needs (cardboard, cleaning, rework, forklift, film, etc.).
Profiel
- You have completed an A2 education in a technical field or have a strong affinity for technology, or equivalent experience.
- You are quality-conscious, have strong technical insight, and a first experience with automated packaging lines is an advantage.
- You have initial experience as a packaging operator.
- You have an affinity with the food sector.
- You are communicative, flexible, and adaptable.
- You are an authentic team player and a champion in collaboration.
- You are willing to work in a bridging shift, meaning you work 12 hours on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays. You alternate between day and night shifts.
- You are willing to work in 2 shift for your training (5AM
- 1PM // 1PM
- 9PM)

- Toezicht houden op het functioneren van de machines en toestellen en indien nodig eenvoudige interventies uitvoeren
- De instellingen van de machines (kleppen, vijzels, ...), controleautomaten of meetapparaten aanpassen
- Productiegegevens van installaties opvolgen, analyseren en bijsturen
- De toevoer van machines of installaties en de doorstroming van grondstoffen of producten controleren
- Gegevens voor productieopvolging registrerenDe informatie doorgeven aan de betrokkenen
- De staat en de netheid van de toestellen (weegschaal, maalmachine, kookkuip, ovens, ...) en van de werkpost controleren en onderhouden
- De verpakking en etikettering van producten controleren (luchtdichtheid, gewicht, vervaldatum) of manueel verpakken
- Stalen nemen van stoffen of producten, een referentie geven en voor analyse registreren
- De productiegegevens selecteren en de parameters instellen (hoeveelheid, dosering, mengeling, ...)
- Vleeswaren, groenten, ... en voedingsproducten controleren
- Onderdelen, machine-uitrustingen, ? monteren of demonteren
