As a Production Preparer, you play a crucial role in our food production process. You'll be responsible for preparing ingredients according to strict quality standards and recipes. If you have an eye for detail and a passion for delivering high-quality products, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Preparation Tasks: Unpack, weigh, and prepare ingredients for production.
- Quality Standards: Ensure all preparations meet prescribed methods and quality standards.
- Recipe Adherence: Follow recipes meticulously to maintain consistency and quality.
Profiel
No specific educational requirement
- Team Player: Communicate respectfully with your team while being able to work independently.
- Food Industry Experience: Previous experience in the food industry is preferred.
- HACCP Knowledge: A thorough understanding of HACCP is a plus.
- Detail-Oriented: Accuracy and quality-consciousness are your strengths.
- Versatile Worker: Comfortable with both bulk and fine work.
- Language Skills: Fluent in Dutch and/or English, both written and spoken.
- Flexibility: Willing to work in a 2-shift system and in varying temperatures, including freezers and refrigerators.
