Have you recently graduated and are you eager to start your first experience in Supply Chain, but not yet sure in which direction you want to start your professional career? At La Lorraine Bakery Group, we have the solution for you, come join our Supply Chain Young Graduate Program!

We offer you this unique opportunity to go through the entire Supply Chain processes from planning, customer service and warehousing in 3 years. As we are growing every year, you will also get the opportunity to work on some new and challenging business/projects or improvement initiatives!

What to expect?

We make sure you get an indepth insight in the world of Supply Chain while completing 3 assignments – each for the duration of 1 year:

  • Planning: The ultimate goal in planning is to determine a good balance between the service to the customer, the internal costs and the overall inventory. You contribute to reach our ‘Zero food waste goal’. You manage a network of external warehouses, incoming supply of external vendors, work with our external logistics partners, manage the demand plan or execute the raw material and production planning.
  • Customer Service: You manage the order to delivery process, starting by managing the incoming orders, creating deliveries, shipments, work with (external) warehouses and forwarder with the goal to deliver a perfect customer experience.
  • Warehousing: You support the physical delivery process of raw materials to production and the physical delivery of our delicious products to our customers across the world. You identify and drive improvements in the different warehousing processes.

In this role, we offer you a permanent contract, because after your 3 year program, you will take up a position in one of our Supply Chain Teams. You’ll gain experience working in an international environment, gain insight in how to optimally plan the supply chain, how the physical warehouse is operating and you’ll get to know our customers,....

Profiel

  • Recently graduated with a clear interest in Supply Chain – Max 1 year work experience
  • Bachelor in Logistics or Master in Economics,…
  • Strong PC skills, enjoys working with data, interest to understand how systems work.
  • Strong analytical insight
  • If you are fluent in English as well as Dutch, wait no more
