Using your knowledge and experience to debone and prepare the carcass to specification
- Carrying out quality and compliance checks on all products coming in to the department to ensure we are only selling the best quality products to our customers
- Ensuring standards of hygiene and cleanliness are maintained at all times
- Ensuring a safe working environment by wearing correct PPE, correctly using any equipment and reporting any defects.
- Ability to operate Meat Department equipment such as band saws, grinders, wrapping machines, power jacks, knives and cutters.
- Ability to work cooperatively with others.

For the processing department of a Beef and pork company in Temse we are looking for a butcher to contribute to the consolidation of the existing team.
Profiel
- You can easy communicate with your colleagues in English or Dutch or french
Stand at work station for duration of scheduled shift, which may exceed 8 hours per day.
- Cut and trim meat according to Company specifications.
- Debone experience
- Rotates products in meat cases.
- You can start between 02h and 04h in the morning.
