For our client in the OSTEND region, we are looking for a FISH FILLER with a passion for the North Sea!
Our customer is a well-known player in the processing of fresh fish products with various locations in Belgium.
As a FISH FILLER region OSTEND you will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Filleting fresh fish;
- You clean the fish and cut it at the customer's request;
- Working according to HACCP rules.

As a FISH FILLER in the OSTEND region, you can find yourself in the following:
- You work neatly and hygienically
- You have a feel for knives, you can handle a cutting knife
Jobgerelateerde competenties
- De goederen ontvangen en controlerenDe goederen opslaan in een koelkamer of voorraadkamer
- Schelpdieren (oesters, mossels, ...) en schaaldieren (wulken, langoustines, ...) koken en/of openen
- Vis sorteren en bereiden (schoonmaken, kop afdoen, ontschubben, in plakken snijden, fileren, ...)
