Beschrijving
For a leading producer in the food industry, we are looking for an experienced deboner who processes meat with passion and an eye for quality. The meat comes directly from their own slaughterhouse and is mainly delivered locally (within a 30 km radius), ensuring maximum freshness and top quality. After a positive screening, you will be invited to join the production for a few hours. Upon mutual click, a contract proposal will follow.
Your duties:
- Boning and cutting of shoulders, bellies, ribs and other parts
- Deployable on different lines and workstations within the cutting room
- Ensuring optimal processing with an eye for quality and yield.
Profiel
- Experience as a deboner is required
- Motivated and accurate
- Sufficient physical condition to perform strenuous work
- Handy and proficient with a knife
- Flexible working hours, with a choice of starting hours: at 3:25 a.m., at 4:55 a.m. or at 9 a.m.
