At Agristo, we are looking for several Maintenance Planners for plant Wielsbeke to strengthen our team. We have specific roles available in corrective, preventive maintenance and utilities.
As a Maintenance Planner, you play a key role in ensuring the reliability of our machinery. Your technical expertise takes center stage as you collaborate with your team to optimize the work preparation process and develop long-term solutions.

As a Maintenance Planner, you are responsible for preparing, planning, and evaluating maintenance activities. Thanks to your technical knowledge, you ensure that all tasks are carried out safely and efficiently.

What will you be doing at Agristo?
As a Maintenance Planner, you are responsible for preparing, planning, and evaluating maintenance activities. Thanks to your technical knowledge, you ensure that all tasks are carried out safely and efficiently.
- Work preparation and coordination:
- Planning and coordinating corrective maintenance based on malfunction reports.
- Reviewing and completing work orders: determining what needs to be done, how, and with what priority. You prioritize together with the Maintenance Team Leader.
- Assessing required materials, tools, and personnel capacity.
- Inspecting the work environment to ensure safety measures and other necessary provisions.
- Preparing and coordinating major maintenance stops, including evaluations during and after execution.
- Preventive maintenance:
- Developing and managing preventive maintenance schedules.
- Long-term solutions:
- Initiating and supporting continuous improvement projects to enhance the reliability and efficiency of our equipment.
- Organizing and participating in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) sessions to implement structural solutions for recurring or complex problems.
- Administration and reporting:
- Managing maintenance data in our software system (Ultimo) and ensuring data quality.
- Preparing reports on maintenance progress, malfunctions, and the performance of the technical department.
Profiel
We are looking for a technical expert who is eager to grow in a role with impact.
- Technical background:
- You have a bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent experience in a technical environment. Experience as a maintenance technician is a strong plus.
- Characteristics:
- You work in an organized manner and know how to prioritize.
- You are hands-on and possess strong problem-solving skills.
- Precision, orderliness, and punctuality define you.
- You are a true team player and enjoy working together to achieve shared goals.
- Language skills:
- Fluent in Dutch with a basic knowledge of French and English. Knowledge of German is an asset.
