Are you a professional with slaughterhouse experience and a passion for quality? For a client in the Westrozebeke region, we are looking for a Polyvalent Slaughterer who likes to be part of a modern and well-organized slaughter hall where animal welfare is key.
Your responsibilities:
- You will be employed at one of the posts on the slaughter line, depending on your experience and skills.
- You will perform specific tasks such as the removal of organs, gut packages, cleaning up filet pure, and other work according to legal standards on animal welfare.
- You use slaughter equipment and instruments in a safe and efficient manner.
- You work on a slaughter line with a slaughter rate of about 700 pigs per hour.
- You ensure compliance with food and hygiene regulations.
Profiel
- You are skilled with knives and have experience on at least one work station in a slaughterhouse.
- Language skills are less important if you are a true professional.
- You have an eye for detail and a strong sense of quality.
- You can get to the work site in Westrozebeke independently (public transport is not possible).
- You are available to start around 5:30 am, depending on your position on the slaughter line.
